Pay your water and sewer bill.

Bills are issued quarterly. Pay online through AuthorityPay, by mail, in person at the office, or in the after-hours drop box.

Our online bill pay is hosted by AuthorityPay (a Muni-Link product). You can pay a single bill, set up automatic payments, switch to paperless eBills, and view your account history.

How to register

01Locate your account number on your bill. It uses the format xxx-x.
02Locate the CID number printed on the same bill.
03Open AuthorityPay and choose “Create Account.” Enter both numbers when prompted.

Late payments

About the $25 late penalty.

A $25 late penalty is added if payment is not received at the office by the due date printed on your bill. Failure to receive a bill does not waive the fee or penalty. If you did not receive your bill, please call the office at 724.238.7464.

Track usage

EyeOnWater portal

Smart-meter customers can view consumption by year, month, day, and hour, and set up automatic leak alerts. Register with your LTMA account number.
