Starting, stopping, and transferring service.
If you are moving in, moving out, or transferring service to a new owner, the office can help. New connections and tap-ins follow a separate process.

Starting service
Call the office at 724.238.7464 or visit the Municipal Building during office hours. Bring your closing or lease documents, a phone number, and an email address for billing notices.

Stopping service
Notify the office at least two business days before your move-out date. We will schedule a final meter read and prepare a closing bill so there are no surprises.

Transferring service
On a sale, both the seller and the buyer should contact the office. We will coordinate a meter read and update the account so billing is accurate for both parties.
New construction
New connections and tap-ins.
If your property is inside an LTMA service area and you are building or adding a new structure, please contact the office early in your planning. Our staff can review tap-in requirements, meter placement, and applicable fees.
