Consumer Confidence Reports.
The federal Safe Drinking Water Act requires every community water system to deliver a Consumer Confidence Report to its customers by July 1 each year. Ours are linked below.

Source water
Streams like this one carry water through the Laurel Highlands toward the systems we test, treat, and report on each year.
Special thanks to the Westmoreland Conservation District for the photo.

About the report
What is in a Consumer Confidence Report?
The CCR summarizes where your water comes from, what is in it, and how those levels compare to federal standards. It includes the source water, any detected contaminants, the levels detected, the maximum allowed levels, and the likely source of any contaminants.
Looking ahead
Updated CCR format begins in 2027.
The U.S. EPA finalized a revised CCR rule in 2024. Systems must comply starting January 1, 2027, with the first updated reports due July 1, 2027 (covering 2026 data). Expect a new summary section at the top, broader translation support, and improved accessibility.
